Leadership means responsibility!
Leading Snowsports School is the central platform for ambitious, high-quality snowsport schools in Switzerland who do not shy an exchange of experiences or communal visions encompassing several destinations.
The Swiss Ski and Snowboard Schools in Arosa, Davos and Grindelwald are such enterprising schools. A simple interest group meeting regularly to exchange experiences aroused the desire to take on a leading role amongst snowsport schools both within Switzerland and across the borders.
Such a leading role is a commitment not only to raise standards generally, but more exactly with respect to the environment, guests and employees. A leading role is an incentive. It encourages individual, but to a greater extent, also communal visions.
The Leading Snowsports School association is made up of a code of practice, the six rules and their implementation for the guest, employee and environment. By mutual agreement we have committed to follow a clearly defined code of practice and to consolidate and adapt it to future requirements and demands.
In order to put all this into practice regular feed-back sessions take place between the snowsport schools of Arosa, Davos and Grindelwald. In addition to the philosophy and underlying idea of the “Leading Snowsports School”, above all practical tips are discussed.
