- Our employees are trained according to their individual requirements and taken to the limits of their carrier as a snowsport instructor. Our internal training programmes take place weekly and serve to promote the employee on a long-term basis and reduce fluctuations – to the advantage of us all.
- Our employees have an open and collegial relationship with the snowsport school. The Working conditions are defined in a written contract and, as a fair employer, the snowsport schools are obliged to guarantee excellent insurance coverage for their employees both during their employment as well as later. The selection of instructors takes place in a fair manner and with consideration for the whole team.
